Art Workshop: Art Meets Science—Portraits of Giant Insects

Meet artist and entomologist Lawrence Forcella, founder of God of Insects, and find out what it’s like to study, collect, breed and “wrangle” insects from around the world.

Meet artist and entomologist Lawrence Forcella, founder of God of Insects, and find out what it’s like to study, collect, breed and “wrangle” insects from around the world. Zoom in for a closer look at Forcella’s rare, museum-quality displays, observe live specimens and create your own sketches and drawings of some of the giant, rare insects from his extensive collection. All skill levels welcome. Ages 12 and older welcome with an adult.
