Aspiring small chefs ages 3-6 and their caregivers prepare their own mid-morning snack with us! We use all natural and organic ingredients and we introduce the littles to new foods and cuisines!

Cost: $120 For 6 Weeks, $25 for Drop in.

Aspiring small chefs ages 3-6 and their caregivers are invited to prepare their own mid-morning snack with us! Each chef will have their own cutting mat, knife and dishtowel to use in class and will each have the chance to mix, pour, cut, stir and measure! We use all natural and organic ingredients and we introduce the littles to new foods and cuisines!

Sharon online picSharon NDiaye received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst  in Spanish and Portuguese Language and Linguistics and did a minor concentration in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration. She spent about 10 years working in the hospitality industry and polishing her people skills.

Sharon has also had over 10 years of experience in cross-cultural education and language teaching. She has worked in the international non-profit sector and had the opportunity to travel and learn from people all over the world. One of Sharon’s greatest passions is to foster cross-cultural understanding and to affirm our shared humanity through learning one another’s cultures, languages and foods. In addition to Spanish, Sharon also speaks Swahili, French Portuguese and can communicate in a handful of other languages.

Sharon teaches cooking classes and Spanish classes for children. She loves to introduce children to new tastes, sounds and experiences, and also really enjoys hearing the stories they come up with! In addition to teaching, she also sells beautiful multicultural children’s books from Barefoot Books.
