Come for a fun-filled day of shopping and crafts! Local vendors from the Northeast Etsy Artists Association are holding a Mother's Day Artisan Market Craft Fair to benefit the Friends of the Ossining Library, a non-profit group of volunteers who help support the activities and goals of the library. Adults can shop for unique, exceptional quality handmade gifts including metalwork and beaded jewelry, all-natural soaps and skincare, gift sets, pottery, fused glass bowls, platters, trivets and more, fabric accessories, handbags, totes and more. Kids can shop for felt dolls and comic book jewelry, as well as create a bookmark or card for mom with the materials provided at our Make 'n Take Art Activity Table. Parents can receive a free Child ID to help keep their kids safe in the community courtesy of representatives from the NY Life Insurance Company. Vendors will also be offering free sweet treats for everyone to enjoy at the fair or to take with them. 15% of sales proceeds from the fair, as well as a small suggested donation for the Make 'n Take activity, to be donated to the Friends group.
