Winter Break Out Day: What's Up?

Learn how the upflow of sap allows us to make maple syrup in our sugarhouse, investigate the science behind catapults as we launch things into the air, and make your own mini catapults to take home. Discover the winter birds in our area and make a recycled bird feeder to take home. Explore the winter constellations in our night sky in our planetarium, create some great crafts, and end the day with vanilla ice cream topped with our own maple syrup! A complete schedule will be added closer to the event.
