IN-PERSON Winter Art Camps for Teens

These camps are held LIVE in-person at our Art studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn
Our Fall Teen day camps are both educational & fun, dive into creative play as you discover a wide variety of artistic media & techniques, you can can apply to future artistic endeavors! Comprehensive exploration & instruction in: Painting, Drawing, Mixed-Media, 3D & Found Object Art,Collage, Cartooning, Manga, Illustration & more are included. Preliminary exercises in drawing, painting or mixed media & learning how to apply professional techniques! In-studio & outdoor activities are included (weather permitting!) Our camps are taught by professional teaching artists working in the industry, we provide a warm personal approach that promises nurturing guidance as well as constructive positive feedback. Teens can also choose to focus on the media of their choice or a personal passion project. Our Camps are also perfect for Teens creating portfolios, who need more time to work on their art and creating finished multiple pieces.
PLEASE NOTE: During the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, strict safety guidelines apply. All students attending an in-person class must agree to cooperate & abide by our safety guidelines as outlined by CDC & NY State.
- The wearing of Masks is mandatory to cover nose & mouth at all times during the session.
- Masks should not be removed at any time during your camp session until outside of the studio.
- Social distancing must be maintained at all times with a distance of 6 feet apart as recommended by NY State.
- Any parent or guardian dropping off or picking up,must be kept to a minimum of one per student & to remain outside, as we limit our traffic in our studio. This is for everyone’s safety.
- Any parent or guardian who insists on entering at drop off or pick up must wear a mask immediately upon entering our studio which covers nose & mouth and may not remove this mask until back outside the studio.
- If dropping off or picking up please do not bring any other colleagues or children/ siblings into our studio who are not attending our classes and have not signed a waiver.
- If you insist on attending with a minor child or you are sending a guardian/ nanny etc in your place, please note only one person is allowed to attend, no other children including siblings unless they are registered for camp
- If you are sending your nanny, guardian caregiver in your place, you must agree certify on the waiver form at time of registration.
- All adults attending must adhere to the same safety guidelines and restrictions we expect from our minor students.
- Please do not bring any non-essential items to camp like soft toys or extra clothing, bicycles or scooters.
- If you insist on bringing a toy to our studio, please do not share it with any other student.
- If you are bringing snacks or drinks please do not share these with any other students or staff.
- Please be familiar with the safety guidelines prior to attending as outlined HERE
- These safety guidelines are put in place to protect our students and our staff. For anyone uncomfortable with these safety guidelines or who does not wish to cooperate we suggest signing up for our online programming. We offer online classes 7 days a week.
