Learn effective yogic tools to handle life’s challenges facing teens such as stress, anger, anxiety, and depression. Practice breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance the nervous system, practice flowing sequences, challenging poses, partner and group poses, restorative yoga, and deep relaxation.
