Self-Compassion, Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens

This unique group combines ancient yogic practices with Drs. Brené Brown and Kristin Neff’s latest research on how to increase emotional resilience and self-compassion in daily life. Practicing self-compassion and yoga are both linked to increased self-confidence, optimism, curiosity, and life satisfaction, as well as decreased anxiety, stress, and perfectionism.

This is a 4-session workshop for teen girls (ages 13-16) meeting on 11/14, 11/12, 12/5, and 12/12. This unique group combines ancient yogic practices with Drs.
