Rising high school juniors and seniors: Do you enjoy working through complex ideas and learning through experience? Are you passionate about food and cooking, and interested in advocating for a healthier food system? Join us at the Summer Institute! During this summer program for high school students, we will use the fertile ground of Stone Barns Center to explore food culture, food and the environment, and the good food movement. Learn about sustainable agriculture from Stone Barns Center farmers and farm apprentices.
