Yoga & Mindfulness with Karen, Ages 13+
This class takes place every other Friday from 3:15 – 4:30 pm*
Our yoga class is a self-exploratory and character building program. Incorporating “Social Emotional Learning,” our instructor Karen Faulkner help students develop strategies that will be useful in school and life to manage the challenges they may face. Tools such as mindfulness of self and others, self reflection, and self regulation skills while strengthening core and physical endurance.
Karen is passionate about offering a safe space for students to reclaim their mindfulness, awareness, self love, self kindness and self care. Her classes are designed to help quiet and ease the mind.
