This class is perfect for Teens who have completed our Beginners Drawing Technique Class and are looking to push their work even further. Designed for older more advanced teens ages 14-16 yrs, its a great after school class for artists who want to keep practicing their craft and brushing up on new skills or for those developing portfolios for application or pursuing careers in the visual arts. Practical exercises will be re visited on perspective, shading, tonal application along with employing horizontal lines & vanishing points to give your drawings a sense of volume and accuracy. How to use the midpoint establishment to ensure the two major halves or your drawings are accurate- these classic exercises help students to see shape and form and keep observational skills nurtured. Learn how to use different styles & applications that will push your work to the next level. This class is perfect for students serious about learning drawing. We will work in pencil, pastels, charcoal and inks and study different subject matter. Learn how to choose your own personal subject matter that is personal to you, to give your work a more unique flavor. Returning students are encouraged and welcome and will be accommodated for.
