Adventure Awaits This Summer at YMCA Camp Weona! Imagine a place where screens fade away, laughter fills the air, and every day brings a brand‑new adventure—that’s YMCA Camp Weona! Nestled in the great outdoors, our Traditional Camp invites kids and teens ages 7–17 to leap into a world of excitement, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
From sunrise to campfire, Weona campers choose from a huge mix of activities that spark curiosity and confidence. Whether it’s boating in the lake, mastering archery, exploring trails, crafting masterpieces, riding horse, zipling, rock climbing or joining in hilarious all‑camp games, there’s always something to try—and someone new to try it with! Campers build friendships that feel like family and return home with stories they can’t stop talking about.
Safety and care are at the heart of everything we do. Our trained, screened, and energetic counselors create a welcoming environment where kids feel encouraged, supported, and ready to shine. Each camper is celebrated for who they are, and empowered to discover who they can become.
For teens, leadership opportunities and age‑specific adventures help them step up, branch out, and experience camp in new and exciting ways.
