Comic Strip Creators Spring Break Camp at Pelham Art Center - Youth 8+
Do you love comics and cartoons? Have you ever dreamed of creating your own characters and stories? In this exciting digital art class, young artists will dive into the world of comic books and storytelling, learning the history, techniques, and skills behind great comics. Using Procreate, students will design original characters, build unique worlds, and develop their own stories in a digital format. Through hands-on practice, they’ll explore essential comic-making techniques such as panel composition, speech bubbles, and dynamic expressions—blending writing and illustration to bring their ideas to life. By the end of the class, students will have their very own digital comic strip, ready to share!
