JUNIOR PATHWAY PROGRAMS

Our Pathway Programs meet the needs of recreational and competitive juniors players at SPORTIME sites where the John McEnroe Tennis Academy is not offered. Both Junior Tennis Kinetics and EXCEL High Performance allow our students to train with both the green dot and the yellow ball and to train to compete in sanctioned USTA tournaments and on their school teams.

Junior TK for Ages 9-Up
SPORTIME’s Junior Tennis Kinetics (JTK) Pathway is our complete junior tennis development program, dedicated to meeting the instructional and recreational needs of our junior players in a positive and dynamic environment. The JTK Pathway aims to develop the whole player, physically, mentally, tactically and technically. The JTK tennis pathway is available at most SPORTIME tennis locations. EXCEL for Ages 9-Up
SPORTIME’s EXCEL Pathway is designed for players who want to make tennis an integral part of their lives and who are ready to commit to doing so. The EXCEL progression takes committed junior players through clearly defined stages of development - a challenging but rewarding journey. EXCEL Pathway players who start their journey with SPORTIME U10 Tennis will follow the USTA and ITF endorsed Red, Orange, Green and Yellow stages of player development that make it possible for even our youngest students to receive both technical and tactical training from their first lesson. The EXCEL pathway is offered at all SPORTIME tennis locations where JMTA is not offered. For additional program information, click here.
Junior Members may learn and improve in a completely individualized setting with private and semi-private lessons. SPORTIME pros who are certified for private instruction are trained to customize a teaching strategy and program based on a junior member's unique needs. Semi-private lesson participants must sign up with a partner. Please call for rates and availability.
