Summer Wrestling Camp – June 22–24
For Wrestlers Entering Grades 5–8
This summer wrestling camp is designed to give youth wrestlers a strong technical foundation and a clear path for improvement heading into the next season. Over three days, athletes will train in a structured, high-energy environment that balances technical instruction, live drilling, and fun.
Wrestlers will participate in two 90-minute training sessions per day for a total of 9 hours of focused instruction. Each session builds on the last, helping athletes understand not just techniques, but when and why to use them.
Camp Focus Areas Include:

Proper positional development

Standing techniques and setups

Top wrestling: breakdowns, scoring from the top, and pinning combinations

Bottom wrestling: a complete system for escapes

Developing a personal game plan to carry into the next season
Athletes will leave camp with improved confidence, better positional awareness, and clear techniques they can continue to review and train after the camp ends.

Daily Schedule:

Session 1: 10:00–11:30 AM

Break: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM

Session 2: 12:00–1:30 PM

Ages: Entering Junior High / Middle School (Grades 5–8)
