Video Game Concept Art Spring Break Camp at Pelham Art Center - Youth 8+
Do you love video games? Have you ever imagined creating your own characters, creatures, or worlds? In this exciting class, young artists will explore the fundamentals of concept art and game design, learning how video game worlds come to life from idea to screen. Students will develop their own game concepts, designing characters, environments, and props—whether inspired by their favorite games or entirely original creations. Through a mix of hand-drawing and digital tools like Procreate and Adobe Photoshop, they will explore techniques used by professional game artists. Perfect for gamers and budding designers, this class encourages creativity, storytelling, and visual development. By the end of the course, students will have a deeper understanding of the creative process behind their favorite games!
