Budding Buddhas Yoga

Budding Buddhas Yoga and Mindfulness Programs are designed to build focus, strength, confidence and a strong sense of self. Our classes throughout Westchester, New York City, and Connecticut introduce age-appropriate yoga to children, tweens, and teens, inspiring them to use the techniques they learn in class in their everyday lives. We seek to inspire, empower, and teach young people the joy of yoga! Give your child a birthday party that will be filled with fun, movement and mindfulness. Budding Buddhas will take your child and friends through an interactive yoga experience combining music, creative poses and games. Our birthday celebrations are open to kids ages 3 - 12. Both Virtual and in person options available!
