Cartoon Portrait Painting for Kids : How to Paint your fav Cartoon Characters

In this cool class children learn how to “paint” portraits of their favorite cartoon characters or design their own, and transform them into fully scaled paintings.

In this cool class combining cartooning and painting, children learn how to create fully realized portraits of their favorite cartoon characters or design their own, and transform them into fully scaled paintings on canvas.Children learn how to paint colorful Superheroes or fantasy characters in fantasy worlds, learn how to manipulate your character’s features to illustrate personality and individuality or superpowers! Learn how to draft a portrait out first in pencil, before moving onto painting their subjects on canvas. The basics of color techniques will be covered in this course: color mixing, tones and choosing color palettes along along with texture and brushwork applications and how to capture textures like hair, skin tone, eyes and costumes. At the end of the course you will have some very cool portraits to hang proudly in your own home.
