The Chappaqua Orchestra would like to congratulate the winners of our 1st annual International Concerto Competition! There were 3 prizes awarded. The top prize will perform with TCO in our May Concert. The Winners are: 1st Place – Sakurako Saimaru - 14 – Mamaroneck, NY; 2nd Place – Joe Konno 14 – Greenwich, CT; 3rd Place – Dorothy Madubuko - 17, Manhattan, NY. Please go to our website – www.chappaquaorchestra.org to buy tickets to our Winner’s Concert on May 21st at 8pm at Wallace Auditorium at the Chappaqua Crossing. We will be performing Beethoven’s 4th Symphony, Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture and Miss Sakurako Saimura will perform the Mendelssohn violin concerto.
