Children's Yoga

Join us for a yoga class that's designed for kids! Yoga is a great way to get children off the couch and away from pesky screens. When kids do yoga, they can:
- Boost their flexibility
- Sharpen their concentration
- Improve their sleep
- Build self confidence
- Practice better body awareness
- Develop breathing techniques
- And challenges their bodies
Our Children's Yoga class is taught in a fun, light-hearted and educational way. Beyond it's short-term effect, such as flexibility, there's evidence that yoga can have a positive effect on academic performance, classroom behavior and - potentially - reduce anxiety and stress.
Yoga is a practice that a child will cherish for a lifetime - and set them on a path to self-development and discovery. If you've got a child who is interested in yoga this is a great place to start. Go to our calendar for a schedule and to sign up.
