Fencing is an increasingly popular sport that develops self-confidence, physical ability, and discipline while providing a great opportunity to make new friends. The Fencing Academy of Westchester utilizes a unique training methodology that emphasizes the fun in sports training. Unlike so many other sports programs - whether it’s fencing, soccer, tae kwon do, or swimming - that think effective practice needs to be miserable or even militaristic, our philosophy is that the more fun the athletes are having, the harder they will train, and the more they will therefore achieve.
Fencing is a sport that requires a focused mind and body. By engaging our students' minds in training, they have more fun, improve their focus, and reach much higher goals.

The Fencing Academy of Westchester is a locally owned, state-of-the-art fencing school dedicated to the Olympic sport of fencing. We welcome students of all ages to learn this incredible sport and develop self-confidence, physical ability, discipline, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships along the way.
While success always comes with hard work, our teaching philosophy revolves first and foremost around our students enjoying the process of training. Our team of world-renowned coaches utilize their over 100 years of combined experience at the highest levels of the sport to guide our students - physically, technically, and most importantly, mentally - to achieve anything they want to!
