We are an inclusive full service gym located in The Arena at 1133 Westchester ave in White Plains. Fit 4 All NY was started because our son was diagnosed with Autism and there were no gyms that offered the accommodations we needed. We offer one on one personal training and small group classes. Our program is approved for Self Direction.
