Fit for All Classes
These classes are geared toward those children and teens looking to stay healthy and fit in all areas. We will help each participant improve their strength and stamina for any activity. These fun workouts consist of sports drills, circuits, fun games, and interval training. Key areas that we focus on core coordination, speed, agility, strength, and other performance benefits while having fun.
