In celebration of the special springtime sights and sounds of frogs we experience at Georgie's Pond and our Vernal Pools, join us for this special program with Adelka Polak of Sova Puppet Theater!
Sova Dance & Puppet Theater’s “Frogs Make Me Hoppy” program is a highly engaging puppet-making workshop. We learn about frogs, their habitat, and how to bring our own unique creations and characters to life through the art of puppetry! Participants will design their own puppets, learn how to use them and read a story by the pond where we are likely to hear and see our amphibious friends. This storybook features frog songs from around the world, which we will practice singing along with. Join us for this workshop that ensures bellies full of laughter and fun. Each participant will take their own puppet home with them! Saturday, June 5 at 3pm
This program is funded in part by The Puffin Foundation, Ltd.
