About NECS Theatre Program:
For over a decade, NECS has produced Children's Theatre in Peekskill, NY. We believe in the power of theatre as a tool for self-expression, confidence-building, and critical thinking. Our theatre program incorporates a character and ethical education curriculum, emphasizing inclusivity and service through the arts. We teach young performers that they are the voices of positive change. Our plays have addressed various vital topics such as Race, Environmental Issues, Gender Equality, Bullying, and more.
