Hostos Basketball Academy

The Basketball Academy enables players of all skill levels and age appropriate levels to learn and improve on the fundamental skills of the game. Areas of focus include: fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork drills, moving with and without the ball, position moves, rebounding, fast break skills, as well as incorporating conditioning, agility and dynamic stretching techniques. The Basketball Academy’s coaching staff of college coaches and certified trainers are dedicated to teaching skill development, proper technique, and court awareness. Our mission is to provide a safe healthy learning environment where youngsters can build their self-esteem, confidence and basketball skills while having fun.
