International Yoga Day at Lyman Orchards

Celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21 with your choice of two unique Yoga experiences outside on the grounds of The Apple Barrel Farm Market at Lyman Orchards!
First at 9am, Lyman Orchards Golf Pro, Marrisa Crow will conduct "Yoga for Golfers"! This 1-hour class aims to improve your flexibility, strength, balance, core conditioning, and focus to help you out on the greens! Pick up extra distance off the tee, alleviate stiff muscles and warm up quicker on the course.
Please bring the following items with you for Yoga for Golfers:
- Yoga mat or two large beach towels
- Yoga block or towel
- Yoga strap or robe belt
- Golf club
- Bottled water
At 10:30am, Jessica DaSilva, owner of Aloha Vinyasa in Durham, CT, will run a 1-hour yoga class.
For both classes, please wear comfortable clothing as if you were going to the gym. Tee shirt, tank, capris, shorts or leggings and flip flops or sneakers. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start.
Choose one or sign up for both yoga classes. Classes are $10 each. Registration is required.
