Kids on the Move! Spring Balance

On the Spring Equinox, we welcome the first day of spring with a balance of an equal amount of daytime and nighttime. Explore your own balance through a variety of poses and postures during a guided garden walk with guest educator Corinne Flax. After the walk, float peacefully on a river of breath and movement during a balance-inspired yoga flow. Recommended for ages three to eight.

Wave Hill House is wheelchair-accessible. There is an accessible, ground-level entrance at the front of the building with a power-assist door. The restroom on the ground level is all-gender and ADA-compliant. Additional ADA-compliant restrooms are available on the lower level, which can be accessed by elevator.
