Maple Sugaring Party at Greenburgh Nature Center
Join us as we continue the sweet tradition of maple sugaring! Let the sugary sweet aroma draw you into the sugar shack where you’ll watch live evaporation demos and learn how maple syrup is made. Taste sap tapped straight from our trees and learn all about the process of making maple syrup.

Crafts are taking place on the first floor of the Manor House. Gift Shop and bathrooms are open. Tickets required to be on the grounds.
