Mohawk Country Day School is proudly licensed by the New York State Education Department as we promote academic readiness for our students through early exposure to an enriched curriculum. Early childhood school years set the foundation for a lifetime of learning and is an essential time of first experiences, individual development, and continuing social, emotional, and academic growth. We believe that children must be motivated and inspired to develop their minds and bodies by building an awareness of the world around them, both in and out of the classroom. Our curriculum focuses on introducing and exposing students to early ideas and basic key skills in areas such as math, literacy, language, science, and social studies, while also incorporating nature, physical education, music, art, STEM, and social/emotional opportunities. Mohawk’s philosophy, dedicated staff, amazing facilities, and range of programs help every child grow socially and intellectually at a pace that’s right for them while creating the bridge to their future education.

The After School Enrichment Program is carefully designed each month to further exercise and engage students’ minds, body, and imaginations even after school is over. (Offered until 4 pm).
