More and more women are re-entering the workforce after having raised their children. Often this re-entry can be difficult, especially if you’ve been out of the workplace for a number of years. There may be obstacles that appear too great to overcome and you may have a challenge regarding how to best market your skills to potential employers in a workplace that has changed dramatically.
However, there are ways to overcome these challenges and it is still very possible to find the job you want and design the work-life balance of your dreams. Join Mary Olson-Menzel, Managing Director at Sagin Consulting, on Monday, March 23 at 7pm, at the Larchmont Public Library, as she provides helpful advice and job search tips to help you achieve your goals.
Mary Olson-Menzel is one of the most sought-after executive search and career development professionals in the New York area. She is the Managing Director at Sagin Consulting where she runs the New York office and leads MVP Executive Search and Development nationally. She joined Sagin Consulting with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world as well as with consulting practices. She specializes in senior level recruitment and coaching across numerous industries.
