September Puppet Weekend at Stepping Stones Museum for Children
Puppet Weekends invite families to discover the magic of puppetry every second weekend of the month. Enjoy engaging, original puppet shows produced by our in-house Puppet Lab – Out of a Box Puppetry – where a variety of stories come to life through different puppetry styles, whimsical characters and imaginative worlds. Beyond the show, explore how puppets work and learn the art behind the storytelling, deepening your connection to this timeless form of performance.

Heracles, or the 12 Labors

Gods, monsters, puppets! A marionette, musical, multimedia production, dive into the realm of Greek mythology and classical art as Heracles faces riddles, beasts, and family drama of epic proportions! Children will learn about the resilience, bravery, and resourcefulness demonstrated by Heracles in his incredible journey.
