Summer Overnight Camp

Camp Kenan provides a safe, welcoming environment where campers can explore nature, build lifelong friendships, and discover their potential.  Our Traditional Camp experience offers enriching overnight and day camp experiences for youth, that blends outdoor adventure with character-building activities. 

From thrilling outdoor activities like archery, climbing wall, zipline along with nature exploration to creative arts, team sports, and evening campfires, every day is packed with opportunities for fun and discovery.  Our experienced staff focuses on building confidence, fostering connections, and encouraging each camper to reach their full potential.

• Session A  7/6 to 7/11:  Cartoon Adventures - Jump into a world of imagination and excitement during Cartoon Adventures week, where campers bring their favorite animated worlds to life! From wacky challenges to larger-than-life characters, each day is packed with themed games, creative activities, and nonstop fun straight out of a Saturday morning cartoon.
• Session B  7/13 to 7/18:  Olympic Games - Gear up for the ultimate showdown during Olympic Week, where campers compete in thrilling challenges, team relays, and spirited competitions to go for the gold! With teamwork, sportsmanship, and camp pride at the heart of every event, this high-energy week is packed with excitement, friendly rivalry, and unforgettable memories.
• Session C  7/20 to 7/25:  Klondike Goldrush - Strike it rich during Klondike Gold Rush week, where campers embark on thrilling adventures, compete in wild challenges, and search for hidden treasures! With team competitions, frontier-style games, and gold-themed excitement, this week is packed with high-energy fun and the spirit of adventure.
• Session D  7/27 to 8/1:  Camp Hollywood - Step into the spotlight during Camp Hollywood week, where campers become the stars of the show! From red carpet events to movie-themed challenges and talent showcases, this glamorous week is packed with action, creativity, and blockbuster fun.
• Session E  8/3 to 8/8:  Kenan Kingom -  Step into a world of knights, castles, and legendary quests during Medieval Kingdom week, where campers embark on epic adventures fit for royalty! From jousting tournaments to castle-building competitions, each day is filled with daring challenges, mythical creatures, and the magic of the Middle Ages.
• Session F 8/10 to 8/15:  Best of Summer - Relive the greatest moments of the summer during Best of the Best week, where campers take on the top games, challenges, and adventures from every theme week! From epic competitions to fan-favorite activities, this ultimate camp experience is the perfect grand finale to an unforgettable summer.
