The Austin Humane Society has taken Summer Kids Series virtual in 2020! This summer-long event is celebrating eight years and we cannot wait to take your Humane Heroes on an epic adventure through the world of animals. Register your littlest animal lover for our hands-on, educational sessions that will inspire and engage. Along the way, they’ll learn what it means to care for a pet of their own and explore ways to help animals in need.

Humane Hero Hour
Keeping our animals happy and healthy has never been more fun! Each week will provide the opportunity to get creative while learning about animals. We’re partnering with Creative Austin Reuse, Austin Wildlife Rescue, and local Austin musicians to get you grooving and moving. Your Humane Hero will have plenty of time to get artsy and create a fun animal-themed work of art all while learning about either cats or dogs. This session is recommended for children 8 and younger.
