Voice Theatre is a professional theatre company based in Kingston, NY. We create new productions and explore relevant dimensions of classic works. From our Summer Youth Theatre Workshop to play development readings to free in-school workshops for at risk and underserved youth, to full-scale productions and international tours, Voice Theatre cuts through barriers of ethnicity, language and nationality, bringing together diverse peoples seeking mutual respect because of their shared experiences of humanity. Voice Theatre plays are produced in coordination with educational outreach programs focusing on anti-bullying, racism, communication skills, history and English for grades 5 -12 in public schools.

Voice Theatre unites an international, unchartered language of the voice with courageous physical expression in workshops, productions and tours of new and classic plays for a public that thirsts to participate in thought-provoking theatre. Fostered by an ensemble of artists creating a visceral theatre, Voice Theatre cuts through barriers of language, culture, age, ethnicity and national boundaries, thus promoting mutual respect between diverse peoples and celebrating the human experience in all its infinite possibilities. From September -April we are active in New York City producing free school workshops and theatre productions and from May-August we produce theatre, workshops and classes in Woodstock, NY.

Voice Theatre is a non-profit company that has conducted national and international tours and Arts Education Workshops in: Germany, France, Britain, Scotland, the Middle East, Austria and Poland. Voice Theatre also conducts acting and voice classes in New York City for seekers of all ages.

Full day summer program. Classes in: Movement, Improvisation, Voice, Acting and Ending Performance. Two groups: 9-12 & 13-17. Teachers from NYU School of the Arts, Columbia Univ, North Carolina School for the Arts.
