Youth Programs: Young Journalists

Join the Young Journalists and begin to understand how to become a reporter and write clear stories that capture an audience’s attention.

Conduct interviews, write headlines, and produce feature stories on our other summer youth programs in the arts, using video and photography. Using basic editing software, prepare your photos and video for broadcast or print. |
- On the final day, students present a sample of their work to an audience of family, friends, and peers.
- Students must provide their own video and photography equipment (smartphones are acceptable).
